We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Graphic Designer to join our Communications & Marketing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a designer who wants to bring a brand to life across digital and print platforms in an educational environment.

Role Summary

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating engaging, consistent visual content that reflects the school’s brand and values. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio, excellent design instincts, and the ability to manage multiple projects at once—from social media content to print collateral and event branding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design digital and print materials including brochures, flyers, posters, event branding, and signage

  • Create visual content for social media platforms, newsletters, and school announcements

  • Maintain visual consistency across all communications in line with the school’s brand guidelines

  • Collaborate with marketing, admissions, and academic teams to support campaigns and school events

  • Produce layout designs for presentations, reports, and internal publications

  • Assist in photography, photo editing, and content curation for use across school platforms

  • Support website and video content creation as needed

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field

  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience (in-house or agency setting preferred)

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva

  • Strong understanding of visual storytelling, typography, and layout design

  • Familiarity with social media content creation (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)

  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects

Preferred Skills & Attributes

  • Experience designing for educational institutions or youth-focused brands

  • Basic knowledge of video editing (Premiere Pro or CapCut) is a plus

  • Photography and content planning skills are advantageous

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive

  • A team player who can take feedback and run with creative direction
